Sr Electrical Design & Estimating Lead

This role provides technical expertise, leadership, and mentorship to a growing engineering team, managing multiple concurrent proposals, estimates, and designs for electrical distribution, commercial, and industrial projects. The position involves driving continuous improvement, fostering strong customer relationships, and leading a team of drafting and design professionals. Candidates with experience in overhead and underground distribution design are preferred.
