Sr. Electrical Engineer - Power Systems

The Senior Electrical Engineer - Power Systems will own the electrical architecture for Arbor's supercritical CO₂ power plants, from conceptual design through generator selection, utility interconnection, and first synchronization to the grid. This hands-on role involves designing, specifying, procuring, and commissioning electrical equipment while partnering with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, first-of-a-kind hardware environment. The position sets the electrical discipline architecture for multi-unit plants ranging from 10–50 MW, both grid-tied and in islanded configurations.
