Arc is building 100% electric boats and is hiring a full-time, on-site Electrical Hardware Engineer at its Los Angeles headquarters. You will join a small, high-trust team reporting to the Lead Electrical Hardware Engineer and contribute to scaling hardware from prototype to production to support the company’s mission to replace gas-powered boats. The role is embedded in a fast-moving startup culture focused on engineering rigor and environmental impact.
