About this role

The Electronics Assembly & Inspection Technician is responsible for the assembly, soldering, inspection, and verification of high-reliability electronic assemblies used in aerospace, defense, and space applications. This role performs electronic assembly operations in accordance with engineering requirements, manufacturing instructions, IPC standards, and quality procedures to ensure the production of defect-free hardware. The position supports both manufacturing and inspection activities, including hand soldering, visual inspection, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), X-ray inspection, rework, and documentation of electronic circuit card assemblies (CCAs) and related hardware.

Responsibilities

Assemble electronic circuit card assemblies following work instructions
Perform hand soldering of surface mount and through-hole components
Inspect completed assemblies using microscopes and inspection equipment
