Sr Employee Benefits Client Executive

The Sr Employee Benefits Client Executive leads the design, development, implementation, administration, and communication of client benefit plans, managing a book of business generating at least $1M in revenue. The role ensures compliance with regulations such as ACA, FMLA, COBRA, and ERISA, provides mentorship to the client executive team, and cultivates strong relationships with insurance partners while handling large accounts independently.
