Sr Employee Relations Specialist

The Sr Employee Relations Specialist at Nintendo of America will lead and execute enterprise-wide employee relations initiatives, including investigations, conflict resolution, policy development, and risk mitigation. The role partners with legal, HR business partners, and other functions to ensure fair, compliant, and consistent workplace practices across the organization.
