The Senior Engineering Supervisor leads the delivery of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) projects, overseeing end-to-end engineering execution from design and system integration to commissioning and project delivery. This role ensures high-quality outcomes aligned with customer expectations and contractual requirements while managing technical scope, architecture, and system design. The position involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project milestones, quality, and timelines. It also requires leading on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and testing while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards.
