About this role

The Sr. Engineer, Closures Mechanisms/Plastics serves as the technical lead for closure mechanisms and plastics on the manufacturing line, overseeing design intent assembly requirements and acting as the single point of engineering contact for product launches. This role involves driving root cause analysis for product issues, supporting new product launches, and managing sustaining engineering activities to improve quality and assembly processes. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure parts meet all design, validation, and manufacturing requirements.
