Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field7 years of engineering, quality, customer support, field application, or technical program experienceExperience in lithium-ion batteries, EV battery systems, automotive manufacturing, or Tier 1 automotive environmentsExperience supporting customer-facing technical issues, field investigations, or product quality concernsAbility to analyze technical data, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly
