Sr Engineer

Renesas is seeking an experienced Senior Industrial Engineer to drive productivity and continuous improvement across semiconductor backend test operations at its Penang site. The role involves analyzing test floor performance, optimizing equipment effectiveness and shop floor layout, and leading factory automation initiatives. This position serves as the primary interface between Production, Equipment, Planning, and Quality teams to support daily operations and long-term capacity planning.
