Sr. Facilities Manager

The Sr. Facilities Manager is the accountable owner of the reactive and program repair and maintenance vendor network supporting the company's non-cleanroom facilities portfolio. This role manages vendor performance, maintains the maintenance and repair program budget, leads emergency management, and utilizes the CMMS to drive data-informed decisions for cost controls and reporting. The position partners with internal leadership and external vendors to ensure sites remain safe, compliant, and operational.
