Sr. HR Business Partner

New Jersey Resources is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner to provide day-to-day HR business partnership and labor relations support to employees and managers in assigned businesses, with a significant focus on supporting operations in a unionized environment. The role builds constructive labor-management relationships and ensures consistent application of collective bargaining agreements to support the Company's current and long-term business goals. This position involves partnering with operational leadership, administering collective bargaining agreements, supporting the grievance process, and conducting internal investigations. The role also manages employee separations, provides training to supervisors, and responds to employee questions on HR policies and procedures.
