Sr. Human Resources Generalist – Onsite Manufacturing

The Sr. Human Resources Generalist supports the Holland manufacturing location by driving people initiatives and executing bold people strategies for a unionized workforce of approximately 330 employees. This boots-on-the-ground role focuses on employee relations, retention, engagement, and coaching while partnering closely with plant leadership to shape the next chapter of a historic Kraft Heinz facility. The position involves working directly with employees and frontline leaders on the plant floor, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and community connections.
