Sr. III-V & Active Modulator/Photodiode Scientist

Skorpios Technologies is seeking a senior-level scientist to lead the design, simulation, and characterization of high-performance Indium Phosphide Mach-Zehnder Modulators and active components. This role involves integrating these devices into a proprietary Silicon Photonics system-on-chip and driving the product roadmap from concept to high-volume manufacturing. The position requires extensive industrial experience and a strong background in III-V materials and high-speed transmission line theory.
