The Internal Wholesaler is a sales-support role within Voya’s national Wealth Management organization, based in the Boston Seaport office. The position partners with the VP of Growth and Distribution and external wholesalers to support financial advisors and drive advisor engagement and success as Voya expands in the market. It serves as an internal advocate for advisors, connecting field feedback to cross-functional teams and contributing to the Broker-Dealer’s growth initiatives.
