The Sr. IT Security Specialist serves as a senior technical authority and key operational lead within the IT Security Team, bridging tactical security operations, advanced incident handling, and cross-functional security guidance. This hands-on role involves leading high-complexity security event investigations, driving root-cause elimination, and guiding junior and mid-level team members to maintain resilient systems and strengthen the enterprise's security posture. The position requires strong independent judgment, technical expertise in security monitoring and threat mitigation, and collaboration with Infrastructure, Network, OT, and Compliance teams.
