The Senior Knowledge Platform Architect defines and drives the end-to-end knowledge technology strategy, focusing on headless content management, semantic structure, and AI integration. This senior role partners with Data Science and Enterprise Architecture to ensure enterprise knowledge assets are AI-ready, governed, and scalable while leading team upskilling efforts. The position requires influencing stakeholders to adopt modern content modeling patterns and accelerating the organization's knowledge modernization journey.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end knowledge technology strategy and roadmap
Architect headless CMS and semantic content models for AI consumption
Lead integration of knowledge assets with LLMs and agentic systems
Upskill teams on modern content modeling and governance practices
Establish platform standards for lifecycle management and auditability
