About this role
The Senior Lead, Behavior-Centered Design and Development at International Justice Mission sits within the Strategy and Portfolio Management team of the Legal, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (LGRC) division. The role focuses on integrating behavioral science and behavior-centered learning approaches into divisional work to increase the effectiveness of risk management and advance IJM’s mission to protect vulnerable people. The position is hybrid in the Washington, DC area (onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays) or remote for US-based candidates.
