About this role
Senior Legal Counsel based in Calgary or Edmonton reporting to an Associate General Counsel within Enbridge’s LP & Corporate Law group. The role provides in-house legal support across strategic projects, commercial strategy, system optimization, customer service and low carbon development, with a focus on antitrust/competition law in M&A and commercial pipeline and storage transactions. The position interacts with multiple business units and external counsel to support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and commercial agreements. Hybrid role located at Enbridge’s Edmonton or Calgary office.
