About this role
Senior engineering role based in Chicago responsible for administration and strategic oversight of Microsoft 365 services, including Copilot Agents, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, SMTP relays, and file servers. The role partners across departments to drive technical leadership, process improvements, and adoption of best practices in a Kanban-based team. The position follows a hybrid schedule with at least four days onsite per week.
