Sr. M&A Counsel

The Sr. M&A Counsel serves as in-house counsel for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions, supporting corporate governance and general corporate matters. This role reports to the Assistant General Counsel--Corporate and works with limited supervision to structure, negotiate, and execute transactions that advance the company's business strategy while minimizing legal risk. The position requires advanced knowledge of M&A law, corporate governance, and the oil and gas industry to manage complex transactions from initial structuring through post-closing integration.
