Sr. Maintenance Technician - Injection

The Sr. Maintenance Technician at Niagara is responsible for ensuring equipment uptime and reliability across high-speed bottling and packaging lines through advanced troubleshooting and maintenance. This role serves as a subject matter expert in injection molding (and other production equipment areas), transfers technical knowledge to team members, and supports continuous improvement and preventive/predictive maintenance strategies. The position works closely with operators, maintenance staff, and plant leadership to develop standards and procedures to maximize equipment performance.
