About this role

The Sr. Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving Body in White (BIW) automated manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production operations. This role supports equipment uptime through preventive and corrective maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires strong expertise in automotive OEM equipment, PLCs, electrical systems, pneumatics, robotics, and BIW automation.

Responsibilities

Lead advanced troubleshooting and maintenance of automated manufacturing systems
Perform PLC programming, logic modifications, and online monitoring
Operate and troubleshoot robots and integrated robotic cells across manufacturing areas
