Sr. Maintenance Technician

Under limited supervision, this role coordinates daily activities of the Facilities Support team and oversees moderately complex maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures, and systems. The position involves performing electrical, mechanical, and HVAC repairs, managing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with safety and security policies. The technician also acts as a liaison between the Facilities Department, internal customers, and vendors.
