About this role

The role provides onsite Site Operations leadership for Lilly’s LAL site in Shanghai, ensuring efficient laboratory and site support to enable scientific work in a safe and compliant environment. The position serves as primary contact for regulatory agencies, oversees contractor and vendor programs, and coordinates HSE, facilities, and lab services. The role also supports other Lilly Greater China labs (Shanghai and Beijing) as needed and leads business continuity and emergency response planning.
