The Sr. Manager, Benefits serves as the strategic leader and primary executor of HealthStream’s employee benefits programs, championing the design and administration of comprehensive offerings including medical, retirement, and wellness plans. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of benefit plan evaluation, implementation, and compliance while partnering with external brokers and internal leadership to optimize costs and enhance the employee experience. The position focuses on driving strategic direction to attract and retain talent through best-in-class benefits management and communication.
