The Sr. Manager, Clinical Care leads a regional clinical team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered kidney care and improved outcomes. This role establishes market priorities, partners with cross-functional leaders, and reports to the Director, Regional Clinical Care. It oversees clinician performance (including RN Care Managers and LCSWs) and aligns clinical interventions with quality, medical economic, and total cost-of-care initiatives.
