About this role

The Senior Manager, Clinical Consultant serves as the clinical and procedural subject matter expert for Owens & Minor's Custom Procedure Tray business. This role partners with cross-functional teams to optimize custom packs, evaluate component utilization, and identify standardization opportunities while improving clinical, operational, and financial outcomes. The position combines deep perioperative expertise with commercial acumen to act as a trusted advisor for customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing custom procedure trays
Evaluate pack component utilization and procedural workflows
Partner with customers to align pack configurations with clinical practice
Lead pack review initiatives to improve outcomes and reduce complexity
Serve as clinical authority for component recommendations and pack design
