Sr. Manager, Digital Infrastructure

The Sr. Manager, Digital Infrastructure leads Avient's Global Infrastructure Governance function, overseeing cloud, datacenter, compute, enterprise backup, and Microsoft 365 & collaboration platforms for approximately 9,000 associates across 130 facilities in over 40 countries. This role involves managing a global team, governing a managed service provider team, and managing an annual budget of approximately $20M. The position focuses on modernizing infrastructure, building security from the start, controlling costs, and ensuring high standards of delivery.
