About this role
The Sr. Manager, Distribution & Logistics is responsible for end-to-end management of Panera’s distribution network, supporting over 250,000 annual deliveries to more than 2,200 cafés and overseeing approximately $125M in annual distribution spend. The role focuses on ensuring service quality, cost efficiency, scalability, and alignment with Panera’s menu innovation and geographic expansion. The position is based in the Boston Support Center and partners closely with senior internal stakeholders and external distribution partners.
