Sr. Manager, Employee Listening

The Sr. Manager, Employee Listening will own the vision, strategy, and execution of Mondelēz International's global employee listening program, building a modern, multi-channel architecture that connects employee voice to leadership action. This role sits at the intersection of program ownership and technical expertise, partnering with analysts to ensure listening data flows into dashboards and decision frameworks that drive real outcomes. The position requires a builder who can design, stand up, and scale a world-class engagement program while translating data into actionable insights for senior leaders.
