About this role

Senior Manager on the Enterprise Technologies team at LA28 responsible for operational and analytical oversight of enterprise SaaS solutions. The role supports implementations and day-to-day management of core systems—primarily Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Clouds) and Business Intelligence platforms like Tableau—working cross-functionally to align technical solutions with organizational needs. Reports to the Director, Platform Development & Business Intelligence and contributes to roadmap, vendor management, and user adoption efforts.
