Senior communications role responsible for shaping and delivering internal and external executive communications for Novartis Japan, connecting business strategy to target audiences and elevating executive visibility and corporate reputation. The role uses insights and analytics to predict stakeholder needs and to design short- and long-term engagement plans for employees, media, external stakeholders, and communities. It also builds relationships across functions and with agencies to support execution of the Country Communications and Patient Advocacy strategy.
