About this role

This strategic operational leader position in Andalusia oversees external Drug Substance and Quality Control operations across a complex network of CMOs, CDMOs, and Contract Testing Laboratories. The role ensures compliance with global regulatory expectations and cGMP requirements while driving partner performance, governance, and delivery execution. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to lead technical transfers, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead external Drug Substance and Quality Control operations across manufacturing partners
Drive partner performance, governance effectiveness, and delivery execution
Oversee technical transfer activities and product lifecycle management initiatives
Manage integrated planning and Master Production Schedule approvals
Ensure compliance with GxP regulations, GMP documentation, and data integrity
