Kaporcenter
The Mitchell Kapor Foundation is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical support across the organization. This hands-on role serves as a key financial partner to department leaders and the Investment Committee, translating financial data into insights that inform strategic decisions. The position involves managing the annual operating budget, preparing board-ready materials, and supporting the foundation's investment portfolio and grantmaking activities.
Kapor Center is a nonprofit organization "leveling the playing field in tech" by addressing structural barriers that limit economic and educational opportunity for underrepresented communities. It combines research, policy advocacy, community programs, and early-stage investments to support diverse entrepreneurs, build inclusive tech pathways, and close gaps in education, employment, and technology design. Through grants, partnerships, training initiatives, and published research, Kapor Center helps shape industry practices and public policy to create a more equitable tech ecosystem.
