The Sr. Manager, Hardware and Systems Engineering leads the physical architecture and cross-functional integration of VideoRay’s underwater robotic systems, translating the strategic technology roadmap into high-performance products. This leadership role oversees multidisciplinary Mechanical, Electrical, and Systems Engineering teams to ensure ROVs remain capable, portable, and competitive for Commercial and Defense customers. The position supports scaling engineering capabilities and aligning technology development with business goals.
