The Senior Manager, HR Enablement at Novanta leads HR enablement efforts across a country/region to strengthen managerial capability, engagement, and scalable organizational growth. This role partners with People Leaders and BU Talent Partners to ensure consistent, high-quality HR support is delivered through a team of local HRE professionals. The position also serves as an advocate for HR tools and processes and ensures local compliance with labor laws across the scope.
