About this role

The Sr. Manager, HRIS is a senior member of the HR Technology team responsible for configuring, enhancing, and maintaining J.Crew Group's core Workday HCM modules, including HCM Core, Recruiting, Onboarding, Security, and Payroll. The role partners cross‑functionally to ensure the system meets strategic and operational needs, drives continuous improvement, and supports compliance and security requirements across the associate lifecycle.

Own configuration strategy and enhancements for Workday HCM Core
Lead end‑to‑end Workday security design, provisioning, and SOX audits
