Sr. Manager, Identity Security & Access Management (IAM)

The Sr. Manager, Identity Security & Access Management (IAM) leads Skechers' global identity security program, serving as a subject matter expert to protect critical customer-facing and core business applications. This role is responsible for the strategy, architecture, governance, and risk reduction of workforce, privileged, non-human, and AI agent identities across the enterprise. The position requires a technology-first approach to enable secure authentication and access frameworks for humans, machines, and agents at scale.
