The Senior Manager, Incentive Compensation & Sales Reporting oversees the incentive compensation program for the U.S. sales organization and leads the Incentive Compensation Center of Excellence for the Americas. The role is responsible for delivering accurate sales reporting, incentive compensation results, and performance analyses while serving as the primary field contact for IC and sales performance matters. The position partners cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Business Intelligence.
