The Senior Manager, InfraSec Innovation (Engineering) leads a security engineering team that turns infrastructure security strategy into shipped, operable controls for Workday’s private and public cloud. The role partners with product and platform owners to deliver scalable, secure-by-default paved roads and ensures outcomes are measured by SLOs, audit evidence, and predictable delivery. This leader coaches engineers, sets standards, and owns the delivery lifecycle across cloud, platform, and container layers.
