About this role

The Sr. Manager, IT – Field Engagement Platforms leads strategy, product ownership, delivery, and operational support for Mirum's global Veeva CRM ecosystem used by field-based Commercial and Medical Affairs teams. Reporting to the Sr. Director, IT – Commercial, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, the role partners with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, compliant, user‑centered solutions.

Responsibilities

Own and strategize the global Veeva CRM ecosystem for field teams
Lead design, configuration, testing, deployment and support of field technology capabilities
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate needs into product roadmap and delivery plans

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
