The Sr. Manager, Land Development at Copia Power leads land and real estate title activities for utility-scale renewable energy projects. The role focuses on managing land acquisition, complex title and survey work, and ensuring real estate contract compliance to support early- to late-stage project development. This position partners closely with internal development, engineering, permitting, legal, and finance teams, as well as external consultants and title companies.
