The Sr. Manager, Land Development at Copia Power leads land and real estate title activities for utility-scale renewable energy projects. The role focuses on managing land acquisition, complex title and survey work, and ensuring real estate contract compliance to support early- to late-stage project development. This position partners closely with internal development, engineering, permitting, legal, and finance teams, as well as external consultants and title companies. It is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Land Development within a fast-paced, sustainability-focused organization.
