About this role

The Senior Manager, Lentiviral Vector (LVV) Manufacturing provides hands-on operational leadership for GMP lentiviral vector manufacturing, ensuring reliable, compliant, and on-time production to support commercial supply. This role oversees day-to-day activities at a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), including batch record review, deviation management, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Supply Chain, and other teams. The position serves as a key site liaison and person in plant for manufacturing activities, requiring occasional travel to manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

Provide operational oversight of GMP commercial LVV drug substance manufacturing at the CDMO
Review and approve master batch records and executed batch records for accuracy and GMP compliance
Own deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and change controls related to commercial LVV manufacturing
