This role leads Marketing Strategy, Operations, and Analytics at Shield AI, building the function from the ground up to support a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment. The position partners closely with the VP of Marketing Strategy and Operations and the broader marketing leadership team to shape operating plans, metrics, and investments. It serves as the primary executive decision-support function for Marketing, preparing materials for senior leadership and the board. The leader will also design the analytics infrastructure and grow a global team to ensure marketing performance is rigorously measured and optimized.
