The Sr. Manager, Performance Marketer leads a performance-driven engine focused on pipeline and revenue growth for owned channels. This role provides strategic leadership and fully owns the strategy and execution of programs that convert existing lead, customer, and agent audiences into incremental transactions across title, escrow, and insurance products. The position partners closely with sales leadership to improve pipeline velocity, cross-sell penetration, and revenue generation through CRM programs, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and sales activation initiatives.
