The Platform Architect for ServiceNow is a senior technical lead on the ServiceNow platform team responsible for overall design and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow applications and mapping business requirements into technical solutions. The role partners with the Service Delivery Manager and managed service providers to deliver end-to-end solutions for business and IT stakeholders and to establish platform strategy and roadmaps.
