The Sr Manager, R&D Operational Excellence serves as the operational leader and trusted partner to the Divisional Vice President of Heart Failure R&D, ensuring effective execution of organizational priorities and business objectives. This role drives alignment and accountability across R&D and key partner functions to deliver innovation programs on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. The position acts as a central coordination point, translating priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes while removing barriers to execution.

Responsibilities

Lead portfolio governance and executive reporting to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams
