Sr Manager Signals

The Sr Manager Signals is responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety within their area of responsibility, directing the planning, budgeting, and implementation of computer resources for line of road operations. This role involves managing Electronic Specialists and Signalmen to ensure the safe and efficient operation of automatic freight car classification. The position requires ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations, as well as CSX Signal Rules and Instructions, while managing signal manpower and equipment. The role also includes conducting safety classes, training employees, and developing technical training programs to educate the local workforce.
