Capital One Legal is hiring experienced attorneys for its Flexpert Program, an 18-24 month rotational in-house development program that places counsel in multiple Legal Department groups to gain broad exposure to the company’s legal needs. Associates complete several 4-6 month rotations, receive targeted training and mentoring, and are placed into a long-term role within the Legal Department after their rotations.
